Meat Dish: Pan-seared Ribeye Steak
Main: Puerco Pibil with Spanish Rice and Flour Tortillas
Salad: Strawberry and Spinach Salad with Almonds and Red Wine Vinegar dressing
Dessert: Waldorf-Astoria Red Velvet Cake
Drink: Chimay Grande Réserve
