Time to try a Japanese styled dinner!

Making this dinner took 3 hours so I’m not going to bother documenting the process, just going to show the results.

First, sashimi of hon-maguro otoro and bachi-maguro otoro

Second, chawanmushi with enoki & shiitake mushrooms, amaebi and chicken bits.

Third, stir-fried mushroom medley (enoki, shiitake, shimeji)

Fourth, yakitori and pork meatballs

Fifth, ochazuke with furikake

Sixth, Momotaro tomato with sea salt and dashi

you truly are a sushi fucker but this is pretty awesome, the mushroom medley actually sounds pretty awesome. I might have to give it a shot

Consider using some dashi with mirin as stock for the sauce

Damn, now I want some Japanese food…
