Tiger prawn, tomato and basil tagliatelle

Tonight, I’ll be making tagliatelle with fried tiger prawns and dressed with a tomato & basil sauce.

Chop up stuff, deshell prawns, boil tomatoes

Coat prawns with flour and fry them with garlic

Prepare the tomato and basil sauce

Toss in tagliatella and dress with prawns.

Sprinkle parmesan and black pepper.
