Sweet & sour pork with curry salmon rice

Time to make sweet & sour pork with curry salmon rice!

Get ready ingrediants

Chop up salmon and pork. Prepare batter for pork.

Coat pork cubes in batter and fry

Prepare sweet & sour sauce

Dump sauce in with pineapple cubes and chopped red pepper

Add in fried pork cubes, stir and simmer

Stir-fry bean sprouts

Season salmon with curry powder and some paprika, then add it with bean sprouts and mix well

Was that canned sweet and sour sauce or did you make it from scratch?

Oh I made it from scratch

Ingrediants and directions please.

Ok the ingredients are:

1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp dark sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water [with some pineapple juice (optional)]
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 4 tbsp water

What is dark sauce?

dark soy sauce, you know the thick viscous one
