Parmesan chicken breasts wrapped in prosciutto

Alright so for lunch I’m going to try this new recipe – chicken breasts topped with parmesan and wrapped with prosciutto.
First we start with some nice chicken breasts.
Then we score it criss-cross and season with some freshly grated black pepper.
Then grate some parmigiano reggiano as well.
Grate as much as you think you need to cover the chicken breasts.
Then just cover your chicken breasts liberally
This is some prosciutto di parma that I bought at the recent Italian fair at Isetan.
Place the prosciutto on top of the chicken breast and wrap under the sides
Drop them in the frying pan prosciutto-side first and drizzle some olive oil on them.
After about 3-4 mins, flip them over and cook for another 3 mins. This depends on the size of the breasts though.
Fried up some potato wedges on the side as well
