Spanish style beef fajitas

Tonight’s dinner is going to be an attempt at making Spanish-style beef fajitas.
Gotta start with the beef steaks.
Season them generously with freshly ground black pepper, salt and paprika. Then drizzle some olive oil and rub it in.
Cut up some red peppers and deseed them.
Grill the beef and peppers on a griddle pan.
When it smells damn good you know it’s ready!
Take a tortilla, a few slices of beef, some peppers, add a dollop of creme fraiche.
Proceed to eat!!
