Classic Chicken Parmesan with Oven-Roasted Tomato Sauce and Mozzarella

Tonight’s dinner will be a chicken parmesan recipe
First I seasoned the chicken breasts with some paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder and oregano.
Then I mixed some milk and egg, dipped the breasts in it, and then dipped them again into another bowl with bread crumbs.
Next we pan fry the breaded breasts with some olive oil over medium heat.
At the same time, prepare the tomato sauce
And by that time the chicken breasts should be ready since we only want them half-cooked
Sprinkle parmigiano reggiano on the chicken breasts then cover with tomato sauce
Then we get out the mozzarella
And divvy them up on each chicken breast and slide it into the oven
Grill it until cheese melts, bubbles and becomes golden-brown.
Then serve hot on pasta 😀
