I’ve always loved eating rosti ever since I got to eat them at Marche. So I decided to try making some for myself to eat 😀
This recipe uses egg to coat the shaved potato and some oil to stick them together.
And this is the end result – not a good batch I admit.

And this is the final product, a less charred rosti topped with some sour cream. Yum yum 😀
