Gnocchi al pesto

After making them from scratch, I decided this time to use some store-bought ones to compare with, so I got these from Rustichella.
Then I went to pound out some pesto because the home-made one still tastes the best!
Cooking the gnocchi is really so simple, just dump in boiling water and once they float, it’s ready
For a twist, I decided to pan-fry them to make them slightly crispy
And that’s an easy meal done quickly (if you prepared the pesto previously)
