Thai Green Curry Seafood Noodles

Another modified dish, this time a Thai inspired green curry seafood noodles. The actual reason for making this was to use up this small tub of crab meat that I had totally forgotten about.

Here are all the spices for the curry.

I put them altogether to be blended but the result wasn’t what I wanted…

…so I pounded it further

Frying the spice paste mix

Coconut milk, the life of any curry!

Pour it in and simmer to desired consistency

More seafood!

The final dish looks pretty awful but tastes actually pretty good!
