Tsuki at Shinji by Kanesaka

Lunch at Shinji has 4 set menus – 3 sushi sets and one omakase. The sushi sets run from 9 to 15 pieces but it is the middle set “Tsuki” of 12 pieces which is the one that I consider as the best one in terms of cost and satisfaction.
The omakase set is actually pretty good as well, but that’s another post for another time. And also at that price, it’s a set to be had on rare or special occasions only.
Tsuki is also the set where you start to get the sinfully delightful uni gunkan sushi, which alone is already worth paying for the 12 piece set.
Not much more to say about all these photos of sushi below (that I haven’t said already previously) except I hope you get hungry looking at all of them…
