Lau Sum Kee Noodle

Lau Sum Kee presents a different take on noodles that we don’t really see in Singapore, which is har zai meen, or prawn roe noodles.
The noodles are different as well, being made with duck eggs and pressed with bamboo, so they have a nice springy QQ texture to them.
While it is quite nice, I’m not sure if I’d travel all the way to Sham Sui Po again just to eat this.
