Posted on: September 23, 2015

Modena is a small city in Italy best known around the world for the origin of balsamic vinegar and it is here that the Michelin 3-star restaurant Osteria Francescana is located at, where chef Massimo Bottura has served up some of the most avant-garde recreations of Italian cuisine.

The interior is very modernist and minimalist at the same time.

The service is truly excellent as well. Not obtrusive and just out of sight, but always ready to help.
