Koyotei is located quite far from Sapporo, out in the quiet hot spring town of Jozankei.

They’re one of the oldest soba restaurants in Sapporo, being founded in 1927.

It’s a very simple and homely interior.

Their cute hand-drawn menu with their specialities.

I tried the tenzaru cold soba which was light and delicious. Appropriate for the hot weather that day!
