Antica Sa Pesta originally started in 1882 as a place that sold salt, as its name referred to a traditional method (sa pesta) of breaking up salt into smaller grains by pounding it with a pestle and mortar.

Ristorante Teresina is one of the more popular restaurants in Bologna and it was perfect for my last dinner there as well. It’s not so obvious though, as it’s just at the end of a small alley between two big buildings.
