Lunch at Hirosaku has 3 different menus. I’ve tried the first two here and here, so this is the 3rd menu course. It opens with what I think is jellied turtle soup.
Uni on top of tako with awabi. Big ass grin on my face when I saw this!
Hamaguri tempura on rice. Perfectly cooked, both the clam and the tempura.
Some palate cleanser like a ponzu jelly with small beans and wasabi.
Hirame sashimi.
Yuba and anago.
First time I saw them serve kamo (duck).
Their homemade soba never fails to delight.
Dessert was a large and juicy Japanese plum, with warabi mochi.
